1. Product Use

All laser products are designed for professional and industrial use only. Users must have appropriate technical knowledge and comply with all operating instructions, safety guidelines, and applicable local regulations.

Improper use, installation, or operation may result in equipment damage or safety risks, for which Qingdao Higin Optics Co., Ltd. shall not be held responsible.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to confirmation by Qingdao Higin Optics Co., Ltd.
Prices, specifications, and availability may change without prior notice.
Payment terms shall be agreed upon by both parties before order confirmation.

3. Warranty Terms

All laser products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty, which includes repair service only for manufacturing or material defects under normal use.
Product replacement is not included.

4. Technical Support & Service

We provide technical support and repair guidance during and after the warranty period.
After the warranty expires, repair services may still be available at an additional cost.

5. Limitation of Liability

Qingdao Higin Optics Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss

• Damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow technical instructions

The maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase value of the product.

6. Intellectual Property

All product designs, technical documents, images, and content provided by Qingdao Higin Optics Co., Ltd. are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
