Warranty Coverage

All laser products, including laser stacks and related laser components, are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies to products that are:

• Manufactured by Qingdao Higin Optics Co., Ltd.

• Used under normal operating conditions

• Installed, operated, and maintained according to our technical guidelines

What the Warranty Covers

During the warranty period, we will provide free repair service for products that experience failure due to:

• Manufacturing defects

• Material defects

• Assembly or workmanship issues

All warranty services are subject to evaluation and confirmation by our technical team.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

• Damage caused by improper installation, operation, or misuse

• Damage resulting from unauthorized modification or repair

• Normal wear and tear or consumable components

• Damage caused by accidents, external impact, or force majeure events

• Products used outside their specified technical parameters

• Date of purchase and proof of purchase

• Photos or videos showing the problem

Our technical team will review the information and provide repair guidance or service arrangements as quickly as possible.

Responsibility & Limitations

• The warranty covers repair service only.

• Replacement of products or parts is not included under this warranty.

• Labor costs for repair are covered during the warranty period; shipping costs may be discussed based on specific circumstances.

• This warranty does not cover indirect or consequential losses.
